What are your standard delivery times? We aim to dispatch orders received before noon on the same working day. Standard delivery lead times are typically between 1–2 working days, depending on location and availability. Deliveries to Scottish Offshore, the Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland may take between 3–5 working days.
Can I track my delivery? Yes, all deliveries are scheduled and tracked. You will receive confirmation once your delivery has been dispatched, along with any relevant tracking information or updates from our transport partners.
What should I do if there is a delay with my delivery? If you experience a delay or have not received your delivery as expected, please contact our customer service team. We will investigate and provide you with an updated estimated time of arrival.
Are there any delivery restrictions or site requirements? Yes, it is important to ensure that the delivery site is accessible to our vehicles. If there are any specific restrictions—such as low bridges, narrow access, or timed delivery slots—please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Do you offer timed or dedicated delivery services? No, unfortunately we do not currently offer timed or dedicated delivery services. Deliveries can take place at any time between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
